Official Contest Rules
Contest Execution Dates: August 29 through November 9, 2013
- How to enter: Log on to www.myfoxchattanooga.com, fill out the electronic form.
- Selection of Winners: One (1) winner will be selected from all complete entries. Winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Public Release and any other document that FOX61 WDSI TVmay require. Failure to execute any documentation shall result in immediate forfeiture of the prize and the selection of the alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Two (2) tickets to a home football game for UTC during the 2013 football season.
- Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of the United States. To be eligible, a valid entry must be submitted the day of the contest. A valid entry must include all information required to be provided on the entry form. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of New Age Media, LLC., Clear Channel Communications, MPS Media, LLC and its respective affiliates, their respective immediate family members, and personnel of other TV and radio stations whose broadcast signals are received in the Chattanooga, Tennessee designated market area are not eligible to enter or win. You must be a legal U.S. resident, 16 years old, who is eligible to work in the United States. You are ineligible if you have been the recipient of this prize in the past, have received a prize through WDSI, or received any prize from New Age Media, or its other affiliates within six months of this contest. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of FOX Broadcasting Company, production personnel for the television program, participating television stations, advertising agencies, corporate sponsors, employees of UTC, Finley Stadium, and Learfield Sports, employees of other broadcast including radio in the Chattanooga DMA are not eligible to enter this contest.
- General Conditions: Contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of FOX61 WDSI TV, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this contest. This contest is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified at the end of the contest. The inability to notify or contact a winner, the no responsiveness of a winner, or the winner’s failure to accept the prize may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, assuming FOX61 WDSI TV has, in its sole discretion, sufficient time to select an alternate winner. Winners will be required to pick up prizes at FOX61 WDSI or on location. By entering, each entrant concedes to and grants to FOX61 WDSI TV the right to use, publish or broadcast, without additional compensation, the entrant’s voice, name and likeness online, in print, via broadcast and in any other media in connection with the contest. FOX61 WDSI TV makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape, audiotape, or likeness of a winner will be broadcast or other wise used in any manner. By entering, participants, on their own behalf and on behalf of their family members, dependents, friends, relatives, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and hold harmless FOX61 WDSI TV and UTC, FBC, News Corporation, FOX Broadcasting Company, Learfield Sports, its affiliates, directors, officers, stockholders, employees, show producers, the studio, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or any prize won.
Disqualifications: We reserve the right to disqualify and/or exclude, in our sole and absolute discretion, any individual from any of the auditions for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these rules, or tampering with the entry process or the audition process. We also reserve the right to change the rules and procedures at any time.
